Originally for a prompt in the To Boldly Go ficathon hosted bydeirdre_c. I posted a little ficlet, and couldn't let it go. This, um, happened. And then, amazingly, cassiopeia7 happened, and made me think about practicalities and aerodynamics, and just what Hell's Gate should look like – and just look at what she made for this story. We hope you love both fic and art; we definitely loved creating them!
