Someone on FB said Clif mentioned he's doing that P90X workout but I never saw anything about that so don't know if that's fact or not. Either way, I definitely thinks he looks better without the beard. Makes him look younger without it. Here's hoping he gets to keep all that length he gained over the summer and that the show doesn't buzz his hair super short like they have in the past.

Date: 2013-07-11 11:10 pm (UTC)The P90X workout is like a super intense workout program you can buy off a tv infomercial. It's like extreme cardio and stuff. I believe it's made to get you into awesome shape with 6 pack abs and such in a short amount of time. You can probably find the commercial on YT if you search it. It would explain the fast weight loss. Tho I do think both he and Jared were slowly slimming down all thru last season. I remember Clif or Jared or someone saying that they stopped working out so much and just wanted to be healthy. Jared, I know, stopped working out heavily after he hurt his ribs skiing. I don't think Jensen ever really worked out as much as Jared to begin with.
